Balance Update: February 11, 2020

Here are the changes in the latest balance update:

Boom Spider

• Increased Health from 40 to 65
  
• Reduced Power Cost from 3 to 2

Shrub

• Increased Speed from 22 to 28
  
• Decreased Spawn Lock on Inferno Troopers from 1s to 0.5s

Tesla Troopers

• Decreased Attack Cooldown from 1.45 to 1.35s
• Increased Range from 6 to 7

Mortar

• Removed minimum range restriction
