Introducing Seasonal Leagues!

It's been a while since our last major update and that's because we've been hard at work on tons of new features, functionality, and content headed to the game. For now, we're providing something that we believe will make the game truly shine, especially for those who thrive on the competitive nature of the game.

Introducing... Seasonal Leagues, where top players will battle it out for a given period of time (i.e. season), ascend the divisions, and when the dust has settled, receive amazing loot. Not only that, the top player of each season will be immortalized in the War Alliance Hall of Fame!

Here's a rundown of the highlights of the latest Update:
  • Addition of Seasonal Leagues, where players will ascend divisions during a set period of time, receive prizes at the end (based on the highest division they reached), and then have their medals reset to the start of the division they ended in and then a new season will kick off
  • Addition of 2 Leagues, with 3 Divisions each: Hero & Master Leagues
  • Addition of new Divisional Loot Boxes: Each box is guaranteed to contain Gold, Gems, and at least 1-2 unique cards of each rarity level
  • Addition of Hall of Fame: Last season winner will be listed atop the current global Leaderboard; a Hall of Fame section was added, where all Season winners will be listed
  • Balancing of cards performed
    • Drill: Hit Points increased 13%
    • Hideout: Inferno Troopers now spawn in Pairs and there are a total of 3 pairs that spawn (i.e. 6 altogether)
    • TNT Truck: Damage of TNT reduced by 10%; Impact Damage increase by 100%
    • Mothership: Hit Points reduced by 12.5%; Damage reduced by 33%; Power cost increased by 1, from 7 to 8
    • Heal: Duration increased, from 4 seconds to 10
    • Fury: Duration increased, from 4 seconds to 8; Damage Buff effect increased, from 50% to 100%; Damage over Time effect, which damages affected units, added
  • Loot Box balancing:
    • Amount of Gold found in Common boxes reduced by 33%
    • Amount of card variety found in Common boxes reduced, but overall amount of cards awarded increased
    • Overall increase in the drop rate of Rare and Epic Loot Boxes
    • Amount of Rare cards found in Rare, Epic, Victory, and Free Loot Boxes was increased, while the amount of Common cards was decreased
  • UI optimization and improvements added
  • Hero visuals were modified and improved
    • Commando, John Bow, and the Heavy Tank were reworked
  • Minor bug fixes and optimizations performed
