Minor UpdatE: april 29

The latest update to War Alliance brings a new card, a revamped tutorial, a new language, and some other fixes and optimizations.

Here are all the details:

• ​New Tutorial developed and implemented
• Fixed a bug that would cause the game to freeze or crash during a match
• Added Turkish language
• AI opponents now use decks based on their rank
• Reworked Latency Calculation
• New card added: Frost Cannon
• New War Alliance logo introduced
• Various UI updates and optimizations performed
