War Alliance UpdatE: December 2019

From a new Hero to the introduction of our Friends system, this latest update brought with it some exciting things and plenty of bug fixes.

With that said, for those who may be wondering why your level changed, please note that this new update fixed a major bug that had negatively affected level thresholds, meaning players were progressing at an unintended pace. While player levels will go down to fit the true, intended scale, nothing else (overall XP, rank, card levels, etc.) will be affected. We're sorry for any confusion this has caused!

Highlights:

• New Hero, Gustav, added
• Updated League screen with a more detailed explanation of the season system
• NEW: Friends
  • You can now invite friends to the game using a shared link
  • Play Friendly Matches against your friends

Balancing:

• Revolver Tank
  • Increased HP from 350 to 375
  • Changed Attack Speed from 0.95 to 0.75 seconds
• Zeppelin
  • Changed Attack Speed from 3.4 to 2.8 seconds
• Grenadier
  • Decreased HP from 450 to 380
• Chopper
  • Decreased Range from 6 to 5
• Hideout
  • Increased Spawn Time by 2 seconds
• Mothership
  • Changed Attack Speed from 2 to 1.5 seconds

Improvements:

• Improved matchmaking in higher Leagues
• Added more common cards to Shop Chests 

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused an incorrect progression scale for player level thresholds. Please note, this will ultimately set all player levels back by 1-4 levels.
• Fixed a bug that allowed the same Combo Mission to show up more than once at the same time
• Fixed a bug which caused Sky Squadron to not count as a flying unit for certain Missions 
• Fixed a bug where the healing from a Medkit wouldn’t stack on a unit that already had healing from a different Medkit
• Fixed a bug that caused the wrong amount of cards to be in shop offers
• Fixed a bug with the “Win with Volt” Mission
• Fixed a bug where connecting Google account would hang
• Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from seeing a chest open after purchasing it
• Fixed a bug which would cause the match timer to be set incorrectly at the end of a match
• Fixed a bug that would cause the TNT Truck to unexpectedly slow down
• Fixed a bug that would cause a match to freeze in certain situations
• Corrected the maximum amount of Gold in the Champion II Common Chest
